How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, add your favourite products to your cart, and check out when you're ready. You will recieve an order confirmation email.
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest or create an account for faster future purchases.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order is placed, we can’t guarantee changes can be made. If you do want to cancel an order, reach out ASAP, we’ll do our best to help.
Payment & Billing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes — all transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment systems. Your information is safe with us.
What will appear on my credit card statement?
Your purchase will appear as Bella Unspoken on statements.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Canada only.
How much is shipping?
We charge a flat rate of $18.50 CAD per order.
How long will delivery take?
Orders typically arrive within 2–10 business days, depending on your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Will the package be discreet?
Absolutely. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of what’s inside.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This helps us protect the health and safety of all customers.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
While many of our products are suitable for sensitive skin, we can’t guarantee how every individual will react. Please review the full product details and ingredients before purchasing.
How do I clean my products?
We recommend cleaning toys before and after each use with warm water and mild soap or a specialized toy cleaner. Let them dry completely before storing.
Can I use products with a partner?
Many of our products are partner-friendly. For hygiene and safety, always clean thoroughly between uses and use protection if sharing.

Do you offer discounts?

Can I use more than one promo code?
Only one discount code can be used per order.
