Refund & Exchange Policy
At Bella Unspoken, your health, safety, and satisfaction are our highest priorities. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed. This policy is in place to ensure product integrity and hygiene for all customers.
Final Sale
All items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances, unless the item is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bellaunspoken.com. Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a replacement or exchange of the faulty item. In approved cases, Bella Unspoken will cover the cost of return shipping.
Ineligible Returns
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Items not reported within the 7-day timeframe
- Orders with incorrect information provided by the customer at checkout
